How do I choose the right fitting size?

Fitting size is determined by two measurements: the tube outer diameter (OD) — 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, or 12mm — and the thread size of the port you're connecting to (M5, 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", or 1/2"). The size code on SPAC fittings uses the format [tube OD]-[thread code], e.g., 08-02 means 8mm tube with 1/4" thread.

What is the difference between A-Series and E-Series fittings?

Both are push-in fittings, but the E-Series supports larger tube sizes up to 16mm OD and uses R-thread (tapered) instead of G-thread (parallel). The A-Series is more commonly used for standard pneumatic circuits, while the E-Series is preferred for larger diameter tubing and higher flow applications.

What is a flow control valve (speed controller)?

Frequently Asked Questions — A-Series Fittings

A push-in (or push-to-connect) fitting creates a pneumatic seal by simply pushing a tube into the fitting body. An internal collet grips the tube, and an O-ring creates an airtight seal. No tools, thread tape, or glue needed. To disconnect, push the collet ring toward the fitting body and pull the tube out.
